We are committed to ensuring that every camper has a positive camp experience, and go to great lengths hire the best people. Counselors must be of college age or older and they come from all over the world, including a delegation from Israel. They are hired based on their experience with children and many are former campers. Over 60% of our staff returns to camp year after year. In addition to our dedicated counselors, we have a full medical staff with a doctor and nurses.

 
The staff do their best to make campers feel comfortable by providing a home away from home environment. They are dedicated to making the summer fun for every child. With a staff to camper ratio of 1:3 at Poyntelle and 1:4 at Lewis Village, campers get a great deal of individual attention.
